  Great experience ordering online. Firstly, they do named day delivery, which no other company seems to offer in my area. There was a delay with part of my order, which they managed really well - rearranging for a time that suited my schedule. And the plants when they arrived were in great condition. Very happy and we'll be using them again.

  I don't normally bother to review places but I felt I needed to do something on this occasion. I came to Longacres to quickly buy a large bag of salt. As I was in a rush I dropped my wallet outside in the car park. I called Longacres to quickly inform them and the lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful. She checked cctv to try and locate if it slipped out my pocket whilst in store. Thankfully a lovely person went out of their way and delivered the wallet to my house. I have to say even if the wallet was not found the lady I spoke to on the phone was truly helpful and I am very grateful. As for the lady who was nice enough to drop the wallet to my home. I say thank you and God bless.
